Chad Harting is a disaster recovery project manager and coordinator for CTEH, LLC. He earned his master’s degree from Arkansas State University and has experience in multiple professional industries. For CTEH, he has helped managed data and logistics for the Hurricane Harvey recovery effort and currently manages and coordinates the CTEH DR building sciences program.
