Christa F. López, PhD, CEM, is a recognized expert in disaster recovery, crisis management, and emergency response. With a Ph.D. in Public Policy Administration from Walden University and extensive experience in the field, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as a Senior Advisor at CTEH. Christa has played a significant role in various disaster recovery efforts, including leading the Texas state’s FEMA mission during Hurricane Harvey, overseeing over $4 billion in funding. She is passionate about advocating for those impacted by disasters and crisis and is dedicated to improving the lives of others through her work.
